Oh dear,Kidnapped Rev Fr found dead in Otukpa,Benue state.

This is really sad. Rev. Father John Adeyi the Vicar of Otukpo Diocese who was kidnapped 2 months ago has been found,he found dead in Otukpa, body decaying as police and village besieged back of LGEA secretariat where the body was dumped by his suspected abductors…

Two months ago, Father Adeyi was kidnapped by unknown gunmen but was never released in spite of the payment of the sum of two million naira as ransom.

He was never found even though the Benue State Government made an offer of N5 Million to anyone who could supply information on his whereabout until his body was discovered at the back of the LGEA Secretariat at Otukpa, Ogbadibo Local Government Area.

This is indeed a sad day for Benue.
