Benue State University final year student shot and killed.

A final year of BSU named Eugene Madiba BobbyPhil Kene was shot and killed opposite the second gate of Benue State University Makurdi yesterday 4th August 2016.

According to IPNews,one  Ahile Terenzo who was a friend of deceased said ,Eugene was the first child of Mr and Mrs Kene. He attended St James Junior Seminary School, Yandev.

He was a final year student in the Dept of Library and Information Science of BSU,a devout Christian and a parishioner at the Holy Ghost Parish, Makurdi.
Eugene was a hard working computer analyst with Sunny Chris Ventures and wasn’t known to belong to any cult group.
Benue state is losing its most vibrant young men to mindless killings.
