Social Media personality,  Barr Franc Utoo' posted  an update on Benue Amnesty Programme ,the topic seems to have generated a great deal of debate and then the controversy on the issue of military invasion of Gbise in search of wanted warlord Ghana....Political Communicators are currently debating this issue with Hon Dickson Tarkighir from Benue state currently trashing it out with them.Here are his posers...

BENUE: To Whom It May Concern:

1. Firstly, do we finally agree that the shady amnesty programme is a colossal failure?

2. Do YOU agree that the hundreds of million earmarked for the project is a total waste of funds at a time of dwindling economy?

3. Can YOU now confess that the majority reason these guys were brought to town and lodged in government guest houses was to prepare them for future elections?

4. Is it a lie that the amnesty actors have increased, by 100%, the level of bickering, division and insecurity even within government circle?

5. Do YOU agree that the reason(s) you are looking for this "gentleman" is completely different from the ones you are telling us?

6. Was 'Ghana' not within Makurdi environs within the first one week after the murder of Denen Igbana?

7. How difficult was it for the police to immediately apprehend him since his name was foremost in the dying declaration of late Denen?

8. Did you not continue having meetings and conversations with him to the extent that you told us you adviced him to submit himself to police after more than a month?

9. What is the status of the government Hilux and other vehicles attached to 'Ghana'?

10. Who is going to pay for the waste?

11. Where's the government house number plate given to 'Ghana'?

12. Where are the policemen and civil defence men attached to him?

13. What has been made from the information so far derived from 'Ghana' regarding those government officials complicit in the murder of Denen and other sundry crimes?

14. Where are the guns and ammunition surrendered by 'Ghana' and his boys?

15. Is the government house or private hands the most appropriate places to deposit the surrendered illegal weapons?

16. So the State Security Council all the while has the power to approve this sort of huge military operation in her domain?

17. Why was approval not secured for the more dangerous herdsmen inflicted carnage in Benue?

18. Do YOU agree that you deceived us on matters of the surrendered arms whilst knowing that 'Ghana' makes so much money daily huge enough to acquire more sophisticated weapons?

19. What is the status of the contract signed by 'Ghana' to be the Chief Tax Collector of Benue state on matters of Produce?

20. Can YOU now summon the courage to apologise to us for dismissing our warnings and unleashing your 'Yes chorus' boys on concerned Benue citizens when we said the amnesty programme was both a ruse and a farce?
