Belgium club, KAA Gent have announced the signing of Nigerian midfielder Rabiu Ibrahim from Slovakian side, As Trencin.

Rabiu joins KAA Gent after scoring 11 goals and recording nine assists last season, helping AS Trencin the Slovak Championship and Cup double.

The 25-year-old has four caps for the Super Eagles of Nigeria after playing for the U-17s 20 and 23 sides.

He joins his compatriot Moses Simon- who was also signed from AS Trencin- at the Belgium club.
