See what BIPC plans to do to "Benue Plaza Lagos..



The BIPC team led by the Managing Director Mr Jack Mulya today 26th August 2016 in Abuja signed a memorandum of understanding with the Infrastructure Bank on behalf of the Benue State Government to redevelop Benue Plaza Lagos to a commercially viable high rise structure that will be commensurate with the standard of investment properties located in the same domain.






The Plaza which is located at Bishop Oluwale Crescent opposite Eco Atlantic City Victoria Island Lagos, according to a statement signed by the Media Assistant to the MD,Mr David Zaan,Benue Plaza  has huge potentials to attract Investment opportunities and profitable returns to Benue State Government if properly positioned.

The implementation of this deal which is consistent with the Governor Samuel Ortom economic program is to take immediate effect
The representatives of BIPC who signed the MOU on behalf of the State Government were, the MD Mr Jack Mulya and the company Secretary /Legal Adviser Prince T. Toryem
