18-yr-old Monarch gets staff of office in Delta

Delta State Government,  on Monday presented a staff of office to the 18-years-old king of Ubulu-Uku Kingdom, HRM Noah Akaeze I, in Aniocha South Local Government Area of the state. The staff of office was presented to him by Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa.
