Beyonce's dance Captain Ashley Everett gets engaged on stage while performing ''Single Ladies''.

Beyonce stans and one of her very own crew members were in for a surprise during her Formation World Tour in St. Louis on Saturday (Sept 10).

Ashley Everett, the dance captain who dons a fiery red mane and is gifted with the talent to go hard in the paint to every eight-count dance move that exists, was shocked with what occurred while Beyonce performed her hit “Single Ladies.” Instead of the normal routine they’ve practiced over and over again, the singer handed the microphone to back-up dancer John Silver, who is also Everett’s boyfriend.

In a black and white suit, he strolled over to his girlfriend, saying,”I feel like it’s only right to come out here in my hometown and show you the epitome of a young women who knows how to deal with the all the nonsense and the BS of a St.Louis n—a.” “What better time than now?” he continued, bending one knee and popping the big question.

In the footage that has since gone viral, the thousands of screaming fans all oohed and aahed in unison as Everett said yes and the couple kissed. Beyonce also congratulated the two, picking “Single Ladies” back up where it stopped as Everett’s fellow dancers hugged and sent their best wishes to her.
