Photos: Man allegedly brutalized by soldiers in Edo State during Presi.Buhari's visit.

According to Twitter user Ken Henshaw, who posted the photos, the man pictured was allegedly flogged by soldiers today in Benin City because he reportedly didn't move his car away from the road President Buhari was to use.
