The Honourable Member Representing the Great and Good People of Owerri Federal Constituency leads the PDP to the flag-off of the “Operation Clean Douglas Road Campaign”!

The heap of decomposing refuse has become a great worry, an eye-sore and an embarrassment to the great people of Owerri, residents of Owerri and road users of Douglas Road Owerri.

You will recall, an Anglican priest Rev. Canon Uche Chinamerem, of the Anglican Diocese of Owerri and Chaplain of the Chapel of the Holy Spirit, Imo State University had during the Nigeria’s October 1st Independence celebration posted pictures of himself at the dump site in protest of the dirty lifestyle of people of the state and Imo State government negligence.
