Seal and his super buff legs were on daddy duty while at his sons' football game on Sunday in Brentwood, Calif.
During the dad/sons time with Henry, 10, and Johan, 10, Seal threw around the football, had a walk with the boys and even gave Johan a pep talk before his game. What a supportive dad!
For the sporty day with his sons, Seal wore short black athletic shorts, which he paired with a black jacket and black shoes with neon laces. See pictures
