Exclusive: Man who was butchered by his wife for planning to marry a new wife recovers,speaks with FabmimiBlog,says he has forgiven his wife. PHOTOS

Kehinde Etu whose wife Oluwakemi Etu  callously used a cutlass to matchet him sometime in September 2016 in Ogun state, for  planning to  marry a second wife has now recovered .Kehinde  walked into the National Human Rights Commission office Ikeja Lagos  on Tuesday 15 November 2016 looking fit and well,his wounds healed and he was looking healthy.

In an exclusive chat FabmimiBlog ,Kehinde narrated events that led to the ugly incident between his wife and him.According to Kehinde,his jealous wife Oluwakemi lured him to her house ,made passionate love to him and allowed him to sleep.Kehinde said his wife then butchered him in his sleep with a matchet 6 times ,he woke up at the 7th strike when he sensed pains on his chest.He woke to see his wife holding a matchet and trying to hit him again shouting and cursing that she would have cut of his manhood too.At this point,Kehinde shouted for help and neighbours came out to rescue him,he was quickly rushed to General hospital Ijebu Ode for treatment......

On why his wife did that to him,Kehinde said because he was planning to marry a second wife and this decision did not go down well with his wife,out of jealousy,she tried to kill him.

Kehinde and his wife Oluwakemi are blessed with three lovely kids,two girls and one boy.

While expressing belief that his wife acted out of an evil influence,Kehinde says he has forgiven his wife for everything she did to him because she was under a spell,he said he had to forgive her because of the kids who are always asking and pleading with their him to release their mother who is awaiting trial at the Nigerian Prisons in Ogun State.

On whether he will take her back as his wife,he categorically said No,adding that his decision to forgive his wife who has been charged for attempted murder was purely because he is a christian and because of his forgiving spirit and his kids.

This case comes up tomorrow 16 November 2016,i will go to court tomorrow and beg the Magistrate to drop the case,i want my wife out of prison ,she has gone through a lot in prison,i feel pity for her.says Kehinde.
