Fmr RMAFC Commissioner and others appointed new First class Chiefs in Benue State.


A former commissioner at Revenue Mobilization And Fiscal Commission,Chief Abu Shuluwa has been appointed as a traditional ruler,this appointment is In compliance with the new chieftaincy law in Benue State as passed and signed by the former Governor Gabriel Suswam,and amended by Gov Samuel Ortom.

6 King makers were appointed as First Class Chiefs into various intermediates of Tiv nation today by The Tiv Area traditional council.

They are as follows -
TOR KWANDE - Chief Ambrose Iyortyer
TOR SANKERA - Chief Abur King Shuluwa
TOR GWER- Chief Julius Aondona Adaga
TOR LOBI - Chief Moses Anagende
TOR JECHIRA - Chief CK uganden
TOR JEMGBAGH - Chief Afatyo Ajoko,while Chief Afatyo Ajoko and Chief Ambrose Iyortyer were emerged through consensus arrangements.Others went through an election process that was decided by their various electoral colleges of seconds and third class Chiefs.
