So the Chairman BIRS Mrs Mimi Orubibi will be appearing for the first time on ChannelsTv's Sunrise Daily on Friday Dec 2 2016,it is for this reason that the gov's SSA on Social Media offered to give out fuel to people to enable them watch the programme,which airs in the morning by 7.30am,you know there's hardly light in Makurdi....
