Body of doctor who jumped into Lagos lagoon recovered

A corpse, suspected to be that of a medical doctor, Allwell Oji, has been recovered from the lagoon in Lagos State.Oji jumped into the lagoon on Sunday at about 4:30pm around Adekunle Bus Stop on the Third Mainland Bridge.

Officials of the Marine Command of the Nigeria Police, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency and local divers immediately after the incident started the search for Oji’s body.
According to reports, the Marine Police recovered the corpse at about 11:30am on Tuesday.
