Another bloody clash took place today 21st March 2017 in Kwande LG of Benue state.According to eyewitness,A car suspected to be conveying Fulani marauders and arms was stopped for search by youths from the area. Immediately, the military detachment in Jato-Aka arrived and were guarding the suspected men so they can escape. In an attempt, one of the military officers opened fire and a bullet caught a  student who was coming from school. He died at the spot.

He was killed by a stray bullet from the army in their bid to protect the Fulani herdsmen and their weapons in his house.
