Actress Mercy Aigbe shares 'fresh face' Sunday photos.. She's not battered, bloodied

Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, who is in the news over alleged marital crisis just confused her fans with new photos.

Mercy and her husband, Lanre Gentry were reported to have had a nasty fight last week which left her bloodied and led to her filing for divorce.

Recent reports also has said the actress has dragged her hotelier husband to the Lagos Ministry of Women Affairs for investigation and prosecution over alleged battery and assault.

Also pictures posted online shows where the embattled actress is undergoing a CT scan for a head injury.

However, her recent photos which she shared on her Instagram pages just few hours ago, is completely opposite of the stories we have been reading.

The photos show the actress looking fresh as always, no bruise, no bloodied face..neither does she look troubled.

She captioned the photos: "Off to worship the King of Kings 👑 Absolutely loving my outfit from @mag_divas 😍 #childofgrace #unstoppable #mercified🙌🙌🙌 Good morning Fam and happy Sunday 😘." And.. "Sunday Selfie 😍Tag me in your Sunday Selfie and I promise to repost my best 2 😁😁"

Lanre has also denied ever laying hands on his wife. He claimed that the viral images of Mercy’s swollen and bloodied face are make-up photos from her movie, Victims.
