Ariana Grande breaks down in tears as she performs at her One Love Manchester concert (Photos)

Ariana Grande bravely took to the stage at the Emirates Old Trafford cricket ground for her One Love fundraiser concert in Manchester cricket ground on Sunday - just two weeks after the tragic terror attack that took place at her Manchester Arena gig.

Clad in a One Love jumper and ripped jeans, the 23-year-old embarked on a faultless and confidence performance of her hits, complete with seamless dance routines and powerful vocals.

Clearly overcome with emotion, the singer then struggled to fight back her tears as she beamed and applauded crowds after a punchy rendition of her hit Break Free.

Her performance came just a day after another terrorist attack in London claimed the lives of six victims.

Ariana was joined in the concert by Miley Cyrus, Black Eyed Peas, Pharrell Williams, among others.
