A South-African twitter user shared this inspiring photo and shared the story of how an Hospital cleaner’s daughter worked hard and finally became a doctor in the same hospital where her mother worked as a cleaner.

The mother used the money from her cleaning job to raise her daughter and today she is the proud mother of a medical Doctor.
