More trouble for PDP as hundreds decamp to APC in Benue State.

Hundreds of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP supporters in Ado Local Government Area of Benue State today dumped the party and joined the All Progressives Congress, APC.

The defectors led by Chief Dennis Ekpe Ogbu, were received by Governor Samuel Ortom at Ukwonyon in Utonkon.

Speaker, Benue State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Terkimbi Ikyange and his Deputy, James Okefe, Nigeria's Ambassador to Russia, Professor Steve Ugbah and former Deputy Governor of the state, Chief Steven Lawani were among dignitaries at the rally.

The people of Ado were unanimous that Governor Ortom has done well and deserves to be supported to do more.
