2019 Elections: Jigawa APC guarantees Buhari 2m youth votes

THE Jigawa state chapter of the All Progressive Congress ‎(APC) flagged two million votes for President Mohammadu Buhari if contested in 2019.

This was disclosed by the state’s party chairman, Alhaji Ado Sani Kiri while addressing thousands of APC youth and PMB supporters in Government House who stage a rally in support and celebrating the returns of the president from medical treatment said “Jigawa has no presidential candidate beside President Buhari come 2019”.

The youth and PMB’s supporters from across all the 27 local government stormed to the capital city gathered at Buhari Organization Office and later took to the streets celebrating the return of the President Muhammadu Buhari from medical treatment.

The protesters converged after the peaceful rally at Government House, where they were received by the acting Governor, Barrister Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, state’s party (APC) chairman, Alhaji Ado Sani Kiri, and acting speaker of the house of Assembly, Hon. Ahmed Maikudi.

Barrister Ibrahim Hassan then expressed his appreciation on how the President is governing the country despite the bitter effects of the Economic recession. Peace and unity had been sustained, and that the economy is gradually picking up.

The acting governor, charged the party members, all good people of the state, and Nigerians to continue praying to the almighty God to grant more health, guidance and courage to the President.

He promised to join hands with all the good people of Jigawa ‎state in implementing the APC manifesto which was designed to make Jigawa and Nigeria a great country and happier society for all.

The mammoth political gathering went round the city chanting and singing different songs in support of President Buhari’s return from his medical trip in London.
