BREAKING NEWS : Unknown Gunmen Kidnap Zamfara State Assistant Commissioner Of Police and his wife along Kaduna / Katsina Road.

Emmanuel Adeniyi, Zamfara state assistant commissioner of police, has been reportedly abducted by some gunmen - Adeniyi was reportedly kidnapped while driving along Katsina/Kaduna road - Shaba Alkali, the state commissioner of police, has confirmed the incidence .

Emmanuel Adeniyi, Zamfara state assistant commissioner of police, attached to the state police command in charge of Criminal Investigation Department (CID), has reportedly been abducted by some gunmen suspected to be notorious kidnappers.

 New Telegraph reports that Adeniyi was kidnapped on Wednesday, September 27, while driving along Katsina/Kaduna road on his way back to Gusau the capital of Zamfara state. 

Fabmimi also  gathered that a principal officer attached to state command of the CID  confirmed the incidence. 

Three police officers including assistant supretandant of police, a sergeant and one corporal were said to have been previously kidnapped by armed bandits from a police post of Keta town under Tsafe local government area of the state. They were, however, released after a joint intervention by the state government and the state police command. 

Shaba Alkali, the state commissioner of police was said to have also confirmed the incident.
