Friends desert celebrity woman, Bola Shagaya

Surely, this is a very troubling times for former first lady, Dame Patience Jonathan’s friend, Bola Shagaya. It is an open secret that the stylish billionaire woman is facing a tough battle with the anti-graft agency, EFCC, over allegations of her alleged involvement in some financial transactions. Right now, her billions domiciled in one of Nigeria’s new generation banks is under lock and keys. She has been denied access to the funds in the account. While she is trying to seek help through the courts, the latest news according to privileged sources is that Bola Shagaya is alone during this trying times.

We gathered that some of her close friends have allegedly deserted her. The reasons for this unpleasant turn of event in her circle of friends is the fear of prosecution by EFCC. Most of her friends are afraid that in the course of investigations, the EFCC might turn the beam on them too. And they have tactically avoided her company.
