Southern Cameroonians spotted supporting Super Eagles in Uyo. photo

Cameroon’s Anglophone Crisis took a different dimension with Southern Cameroonians supporting Nigeria's Super Eagles in Uyo,Akwa Ibom State .
Since October 2016, protests and strikes related to sectoral demands have escalated into a crisis over the economic and political marginalisation of Cameroon’s Anglophone minority. Although the government has made some concessions, it must rebuild mutual trust with Anglophone actors in order to avoid instability ahead of the 2018 general elections.
Today Fabmimi was exclusively informed that some Soutern Cameroonians stormed Uyo Stadium with a banner lending their support for Nigeria's Super Eagles who are scheduled to play The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon today.

La republic fu Cameroon  have since  reported the matter and Southern Cameroon  flags seized.
