In an effort to ensure that Nigerians know their rights where ever they may be,the NHRC has taken her human Rights campaign to Gosa market,to educate the masses on the need to know their rights. 

The Commission stormed Gosa market which is located in the suburb of the FCT with her campaign titled "Know your rights,live your rights and claim your rights". 

The leader of the campaign who is also an Assistant Director with the Human Rights Education Department Hajiya Huseina Alkali said the public awareness exercise for traders was aimed at educating them on their fundamental rights and freedoms,and how to seek redress when such rights are violated. 

The campaign team took turns to enlighten the market men and women in the three major Nigerian languages ie.Yoruba,Hausa and Igbo. 

The Commission in her plan to reach out to the grassroot will carry out many of such campaigns subsequently across the country.
