So after passing the law prohibiting open grazing in Benue, some fulani herdsmen were spotted grazing their cattle openly around North Bank area in makurdi,according to the Facebook user, the herdsmen were neither arrested nor confronted as they caused serious traffic in the area.

How can we make this law work effectively?
