Nicki Minaj and her mother visits pedo brother in jail

Nicki Minaj visited her pedo brother, Jelani Maraj, in a Nassau County jail last week. Jelani’s parents, Carol and Robert Maraj, haven’t seen their son since he was convicted of predatory child rape on Nov. 9.

Gossip webloid TMZ reports that Nicki went with Carol to see Jelani, who was taken into custody after a jury announced the guilty verdict.

Nicki is already working on damage control, despite paying for her brother’s legal defense. The 34-yeaar-old rapper had planned to testify in her brother’s defense — until her fans shouted “rest in peace” to her career.

TMZ claims “she has not had a close relationship with her brother,” but we know that’s not true. Nicki and Jelani are very close. Too close for the comfort of her fans.

Nicki turned off the comments on her social media accounts after the guilty verdict was read in court.

He faces 25 years to life when he is sentenced in December.
