[PHOTOS] Soldiers Strip Naked, Threaten To Cut Off Keke Napep Rider’s Manhood

A man was allegedly brutalised and stripped naked by two soldiers who were caught on camera, PREMIUM TIMES reports.

The incident happened in Ajah market, Lagos, on Tuesday, December 26.

The soldiers also threatened to cut off the man’s penis while beating him in the presence of onlookers.

Traders at the market declined comment on the cause of the violence for fear of attack by the soldiers.

But a raw rice seller, who sought anonymity, said the man was a tricycle rider and hit the one of the soldiers with his tricycle.
