Ikoyi prisons to be relocated – Lagos AG

Underaged prison inmates at the Badagry prisons in Lagos State

Federal Government is collaborating with the Lagos State government to relocate the present Ikoyi Prisons to Epe for security.

This was disclosed to some selected journalists who interfaced with the Lagos State Attorney General (AG) and Commissioner for Justice, Mr Adeniji Kazeem in his office.

The AG also reinstated the commitment of the State Government to prosecute tax evaders in the new year.
According to him, “There will be no sacred cows on payment of tax and necesaary levies in the state.”
