The Wife of the Bauchi state governor Hajia Hadiza M.A Abubakar has been turbaned as ‘Uwar Matan Ningi’ by His Royal highness, the Emir of Ningi, Alhaji Dr Yunusa Muhammed Danyaya as part of the activities to mark the Emir’s 40 years anniversary of his reign.
