Nigerian Billionaire  Tony Onyemaechi Elumelu,posted pictures of himself as DJTOE in Haiti after a meeting while engaging Young Entrepreneurs.

Tony is a Nigerian economist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is the Chairman of Heirs Holdings, the United Bank for Africa, Transcorp and founder of The Tony Elumelu Foundation. 

He posted this below the pictures on instagram.
