Adeosun mourns ex-finance minister, Ciroma

The Minister of Finance, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun on Fridaymourned the death of an elder statesman and former Minister, Mallam Adamu Ciroma.

Ciroma was the Minister of Finance between 1999 and 2003. In a statement in Abuja, the minister described the late Ciroma as a resourceful, patriotic, sincere and go-getter Nigerian who served the nation meritoriously.

She expressed sadness over the former minister’s demise and prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. She also urged the family to remain steadfast and emulate his lifestyle.
