[PHOTOS] Carl Ikeme Spotted For The First Time Since Cancer Revelation

Super Eagles goalkeeper, Carl Ikeme, has been spotted out and about for the first time in public following his battle with leukemia.

Nathan Judah, the Digital Sports Editor, took to Twitter to reveal that the 32-year-old Wolverhampton Wanderers’ goalkeeper helped in opening a brand new Haematology & Oncology Day unit at Solihull Hospital on Tuesday.

It would be recalled Ikeme was diagnosed with acute leukaemia during a blood test following his return to his club Wolverhampton Wanderers for pre-season training last summer.
