2019: Benue Must Unite Against Buhari, says State Assembly Aspirant

Hon. Tordue Salem, a Benue State House of Assembly aspirant on the platform of the Social Democratic Party(SDP), has asked all ethnic groups and political stakeholders in Benue State to consider President Muhammadu Buhari an enemy of the state who has declared a full war against the land and its people.

The leading aspirant for the Gboko East State Constituency, asked Benue sons and daughters to stop attacking Governor Samuel Ortom and redirect their attacks against the hostile government of President Buhari.

"The Abakwa, Etulo, Idoma, Tiv, Nyifon, Iyoodah, Jukun, Agatu, Igede, Utonkon, and other tribes in Benue, must unite against the heartless army of our enemies.

"In 2019, it is about the survival and existence of Benue, not about certain individuals who have done one or two wrongs in Benue. Our enemy is President Muhammadu Buhari and Fulani herders on the platform of Miyetti Allah, not the Benue State government neither is it about certain people from Benue holding public office", Mr. Salem advised.

The State Assembly hopeful, newspaper Editor and Public intellectual, also advised the people of Benue to shun sentiments and vote in quality representatives in the 2019 elections.
End.
