Saraki visits Ibrahim Babangida

Senate President, Abubakar Bukola Saraki on Wednesday visited former military President Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida.

Reports had said that Saraki was consulting Babangida for “direction on the way forward in view of recent happenings”.

However, speaking on his meeting, Saraki said he visited the former President to pay him respect.

He tweeted, ”Dropped in to pay my respects to General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida.

”Always happy to be with a father and leader. ”
