Tonto Dikeh decorates Dino Melaye as ‘outstanding lawmaker of the year’

Nollywood actress,Tonto Dikeh had the honour of decorating Kogi senator,Dino Melaye as Nigeria’s most outstanding lawmaker.

He was honoured at the Nigerian Goddwill Ambassador Awards 2018.
