Man who sexually abused 13 year old Ochanya to be arraigned in court on Thursday Oct 25 2018.

Benue Polytechnic Ugbokolo who sexually abused a 13 year old girl who later died, Mr Andrew Ogboju will be arraigned tomorrow, Thursday, 25th October, 2018 by the Nigeria Police.

According to Ukan Kurugh, he will be arraigned on charges of culpable homicide and rape, it is learned.

Little Ochanya died of complications from years of sexual abuse by Ogboju and his son. 

Ogboju, until yesterday was rearrested while his son, Victor also accused of culpubility, a final year student of Animal Production at the Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi (UAM) is still on the run.

Ochanya, succumb to death while being treated for Vesico Vaginal Fistula (VVF) and other complications as a result of rape from these two, it is believed.

In September this year, Ogboju was remanded after he was charge to  court for sexual harassment but was later bailed 

Tomorrow, Thursday, 25th October, 2018, Ogboju will be arraigned again @ Upper Area Court 1 Makurdi. This time, for culpable homicide and rape. His unbridled lust for sex and no regard for minors caused Ochanya's life.
