Benue Man who raped and bit-off woman's lip says he is a Vampire. ( Warning ! Photos are graphic).

Bureau for Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs staff who raped, bitoff woman’s lip claiming to be a vampire charged to court.

One of the Females Who Sell Sex (FWSS), identified as Nguseer Bem, last month in Makurdi, the Benue State capital escaped death by the whiskes, ukankurugh.com can report. She fall prey to a man, who would later admit he enjoys sucking blood.

According to the Humanitarian Blogger Ukan Kurugh ,the incident took place in Makurdi, the Benue State capital where the victim plies her trade in the name of working to fend for her kids.

Nguseer, now in pains with chopped body parts informed that sometimes in October this year, one of her regular customers, Ulam James came to her for sex-for-money as usual and after a beer in town, they headed for the man’s house at Tionsha.

According to her, upon getting home, she pleaded with James to let her rest a little before “we will do something” but the man rather became furious and questioned “If I had come to sleep. After sometimes, he removed the wrapper I was covering and asked me to get up so he will go and drop me.

“When we left his house, instead of taking me back to town, he headed towards Tse Adeke and when we were well off any near by house, he stopped his motorcycle and asked me to say my last prayer. I was shocked and pleaded with him to let me go because of my kids, who I was doing this to feed but he told me that it was my type of girls that he likes their blood most.

“He also told me that if I had known the number of women he has killed and sucked their blood I would not be wasting my time but be saying my last prayer. The next thing, he hit me hard in my face. At that point, I thought I had come face to face with death. So, I tried fighting back but he overpowered me as he squizzed my throat until he felt he had quiz life out of me.

“While I lay there almost lifeless, I was raped. In the course of raping me, my body moved and I heard him said: ‘I thought this dog is dead. I have to kill her.'”

Nguseer explained that the man would then bite off her upper lip and other parts of her body before abandoning her by the road.

“There was no help. As I lie there unconscious, cold air blow over me and I managed to drag myself to a certain house where I requested for a cloth to cover myself. But the householders seen me in my state were afraid and directed me to a Church where a meeting was going on. It was at the Church that the Police, D Division were called to my rescue,” Nguseer explained.

The victim’s in-laws, Udam Msuega told this medium that attempts to arrest the man were nearly futile as the Bureau of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs where the man works said the man cannot be arrested at the place of his work by an outsider.

“One day, I told Nguseer to get up so that we will go and look for the man. We followed the Modern Market Road (John Atom Kpera Road) and by Rein Oil, she tapped me from behind to make a U-turn from the direction we were headed. That she has seen someone pass like the man.

“We followed the man he had suspected and it turned out to be the man and I flagged him down but the man would not stop. I followed him and when he turn in front of the IBB Square, I said to myself that if I do not do something fast, the man would escape. I moved fast and block his way, forcing him to a stop. When he stopped, I asked him if he had known Nguseer and he answered yes and that they were no longer together because she has offended him. I then asked him if that was why he had to do what he has done to her. Instead of answering me, he called me by the side and told me that ‘he thought the woman had died. But since she has not died, I am ready to settle whatever might have been the expenses incurred’ and asked me to follow him to the bank to withdraw money and settle.

“I then told him that he is under arrest and must follow me to the Police station. He then asked who I was to arrest him and I told him I was a member of Benue State Vigilante Group. It was then that I called Police B Division since we were close to “B”. But the Police at B Division delayed in coming so I called C Division where the matter was first reported and they rushed to the scene and picked him. That was how the man was arrested; it was God,” Udam explained.

According to Udam, the man admitted at the Police C Division to have committed the act. The man is also said to have admitted that he once did samething to a woman and paid Five Hundred Thousand Naira for surgery.

On what happened to Nguseer’ s body parts, James said he swallowed the parts as he sucked the blood. He however demanded for the bill for the treatment of Nguseer that “he was ready to sponsor everything,” Udam added.

Nguseer was treated at a private medical facility at Igbor, in the adjoining Gwer East Local Government Area. It is learned that when she was taken to Federal Medical Centre (FMC) the night of the incidence, she was not given attention because the staff were on industrial action. At the Madonna Hospital Makurdi, Police could not vouch for the treatment since Nguseer’s family members were yet to be contacted.

“She managed to give direction and was taken to Yaikyor where one of her sisters is living. It was there that her sister, with the Police report took her to a clinic at Igbor,” Udam explained.

Finally, James has been charged before Sole Judge Denen Kwen of Upper Area Court I Makurdi by the Nigeria Police, Benue State Command.

He was however granted bail in the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200, 000. 00) and one surety in the like sum, who must be a civil servant on Grade Level 07.

The matter was adjourned for 27th November, 2018 for further mention.
