ASUU Strike: Seun Kuti calls out Nigerian parents for attending political rallies

Nigerian musician Seun Kuti has addressed the on-going ASUU strike.

With political rallies being held day by day, Seun Kuti, the youngest son of legendary musician Fela Kuti, has a few choice of words for parents who are attending some of these rallies.

Seun Kuti, who is also a musician like his father, insulted the parents attending the rallies.

The singer expressed that the parents should not be seen at the rallies when some of them have kids who are not in school.

The musician who shared his opinion on Instagram had been referring to the on-going strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

In his post, Kuti advised parents to learn to serve their children rather than just raise them He expressed that Nigerians would not understand national development if parents don’t serve their children.
