 Governor Samuel Ortom today appointed president of Wheelbarrows and truck pushers association Benue state, Hon. Lubem Chia Cena Man as his senior special assistant.

The governor made the pronouncement today at the Government house Makurdi when Hon. Chia led Exco, patrons and members of the association for a courtesy call on him (Ortom).

He was represented by his Deputy Abounu.
