Obama To Visit Nigeria And Some African Countries In July.
The President of the United States, Barack Obama is planning a July 2013 tour to African countries including Nigeria.
The US State department reports that President Obama will also visit Kenya, South Africa and other African countries as part of his continuous efforts to work closely with Africa.
The US Foreign Policy Ambassador, John R. Nay, confirmed this noting that a relationship with the African continent is important to President Obama and his administration.
The White House hasn't made any official statement to confirm how long the President will spend in each country.
President Obama was sworn into office to serve a second term in January, 2013.
