Majestic Lekki-Ikoyi Brigde Opens Today.

The bridge that links Lekki to Ikoyi has now been completed and is quite an impressive site. Though toll rates are supposed to be set high ranging from N100-N400, the bridge will make traffic between Lekki and Ikoyi less strenuous.
People are complaining about the toll rates as the bridge was built with tax payer money, but let's be real here. Last week it took me an 1.5hours to get from Lekki phase 1 to Parkview using the regular toll gate. At least with this new toll gate, people would be deterred from using it so much and follow the two other alternate routes which are more traffic prone.
The toll rates are N250 for saloon cars; N300 for mini vans, SUVs, and light pick-up trucks; N400 for non-commercial buses with a maximum sitting capacity of 26 persons; N100 for motorcycles with 200 engine capacity and above.

I think that's fair. Can't wait to use the bridge!
Fashola well done !!!!!
