No-0ne has seen Kim Kardashian since birthing her new bundle of joy back in June, but she has suddenly resurfaced and was spotted leaving a medical facility on Wednesday in LA! These are officially the first pictures of Kim, Kanye and baby North West.
Finally we can get our eyes on that beautiful baby and see how far Kim has come to getting her curvaceous figure back!
