Two months ago there were wild speculations that the Supreme Court is going to hear the Ugbah Vs Suswam and the Kakih Vs Suswam cases that already got judgements at the Apex Court,we were wondering why and how this would happen,a case can not go back to the Supreme Court after judgement has being pronounced by the Supreme Court judges

Two weeks ago,news went round that the Supreme Court fixed 14 Nov to hear Ugbah's case and 25th Nov to hear Kakih's case,we don't have much details on what Ugbah and Kakih are asking the Supreme Court to do,we'll today is 14 Nov ,is this case coming up truly.
