Incase You Don't Know Gov Suswam Did Not Make It To Washington Again!
Well thanks to all who reacted towards that post i made on Gov Suswam accompanying President Goodluck to Washington.The Gov who was scheduled to accompany the President US-African Leaders Summit in Washington changed his mind at the dying minute to come back home and sort things out with Labour.
I received an alert from Government House Makurdi that the Gov did not travel again and i commend him for that decision.
He returned back to Benue on Sunday.We have not received any update on the latest development on the strike action yet but last week the Governor bragged that no going back on the action taken on the reduction of salaries of Benue workers.
Did i hear someone saying the Governor was mis-led by the Former Head Of Service and NLC chairman into approving minimum wage of N18,000 to gain acceptance from Civil Servants for 2011 Elections? we are still waiting for a proof from all parties involved.
