Brigdr.Gen Dominic Oneya Loses Daughter.

Former Military Admin of Benue State Brigdr Gen Dominic Oneya lost his daughter Frances Oneya on friday.
According to her friends,she was shot by armed robbers after leaving the bank in Warri.
Frances was a lovely and caring girl,while i worked with her parents,she showed love to all.
Until her death she was married with 4 kids.
May her gentle soul rest in peace amen.
