Two Die In Car Crash Celebrating Purchase Of Nomination Form By PDP Aspirant In Benue.

Two people have been reported dead in an accident involving the convoy of a People Democratic Party’sgovernorship aspirant in Benue State, Mr. Simon Anchaver, on Tuesday night. One other person is said to be critically injured and receiving treatment at a hospital in Makurdi, the state capital.
According to Punch, the accident occurred just after Anchaver, who intends to contests in the forthcoming general election in the state, had submitted his interest form to the
party’s national secretariat in Abuja and
had also held a rally in the state capital to herald his homecoming.
It was learnt that the accident occurred
while the people around and those in two cars in the convoy were in celebration mood.

Urging supporters to pray for the repose of the dead whom he described as fallen comrade Anchaver said that has paid the mortuary bills and also the hospital bills of the injured person.
