African Music Stars Re-Record Remix of ” We Are The World” AgainstEbola.






With the outbreak of the Ebola virus that terrorized the African continent and the rest of the world this year.
Some of biggest names in Africans music industry, were all united to create awareness campaign for the deadly Ebola virus.
African music stars such as Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, Banky W, Praiz, Iyanya, D’Prince, Mafikizolo, Dr. Sid,  Di’Ja, Reekado Banks, Iceberg Slim, D’Prince, Diamond, Mosa, Sean Tizzle and many others are in studio to re-record the remix ever green American song ” We are the world’‘ which will feature African music stars.

The ever green American song ” We are The World”  was co-written by late king of pop Micheal Jackson and Lionel Richie in 1985 and 29 years after, Africa is releasing a new version of the track for Ebola.
The number of people with Ebola in west Africa has risen above 16,000, with the death toll from the outbreak reaching almost 7,000, the World Health Organisation (WHO) says.

The number of deaths is more than 1,000 higher than the figure issued by the WHO just two days ago, but it is thought to include deaths that have gone unreported in the weeks or months since the outbreak began. Most of the new deaths were recorded in Liberia.
