President Jonathan Congratulates Buhari ? Really?

I don't know how true this story is but I just read on Vanguard  and The Nation that President Jonathan has called challenger and the likely-winner of the 2015 presidential election, Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress, APC to congratulate him.

According to a source, the president spoke with Muhammadu Buhari on the phone and will address the country after rounding off his meeting with his cabinet.

Please I heard am not sure of this but I hope it's true.
