Governor Yuguda Approves Disengagement Of Almost All Political Aides!

The Bauchi State Governor, Isa Yuguda, on Tuesday sacked almost all his political aides and retained very few on essential services.
A statement signed by Hashimu Yakubu, Permanent Secretary, Political Affairs, said the sacking of all Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistants and Personal Assistants was with immediate effect.
It said, “The Executive Governor of Bauchi State, Mallam Isa Yuguda has approved the disengagement of all Special Advisers (with the exception of the Special Adviser, Due Process).
Also, all Senior Special Assistants; Special Assistants and Personal Assistants (with the exception of those who work directly under His Excellency the Executive Governor or the Deputy Governor).
According to the statement, affected officers were requested to hand-over government property in their possession to heads of organizations where they served.
Mr. Yuguda expressed appreciation to the political aides for their contributions to the development of Bauchi State in various capacities, and wished them the best in their future endeavours.
