This toilet is a reflection of what other social amenities in Otukpo; ancestral headquarters of Idoma Kingdom look like today.

This is the toilet at the highest medical facility in Idoma land, then imagine what other local governments and villages would look like... your guess is as good as mine.

The major Roundabout in Otukpo and this toilet are competing for first position in the curriculum of leadership failure.
